Lyra

The classical lyre is a small harp instrument. Already in antiquity and in biblical times, the lyre was a frequently played instrument, and both King David and Orpheus are often depicted with a lyre.

The instrument is built in the classical lyre shape, the body and the top are made of solid beech wood.

The 10 strings are tuned in the scale of C major.
